Hi, I am having problems getting a good fitting rug for Joukje. Either too neat on shoulders but fitting elsewhere or fitting shoulders and too big elsewhere. I have tried lots. Bucas and Shires are not bad. What are you all using? Thanks VIcki

Wetherbeeta all the way. They can be rather costly but have found they fit both Timmie and Storm. Have you tried an extender on the front straps to give you a little more room to play with? My friend has an irish cob who is much wider in the shoulders than my boys and she also uses wetherbeeta.

I use Schneiders Fitted V-free and they fit Angelus perfectly. They have adjustable shoulders, are fitted well through the withers, and are made so that the neck opening does not rub the base of his mane at the withers. Since he needs and 86, I was really glad they make them in the large sizes as well!

Agree with the Schneiders brand. Sheets, blankets, fly sheets, all I buy any more are Schneiders. No binding or rubbing anywhere. All my horse needs is a 78, but the neck/shoulders thing is tricky to fit.
