Keep in mind though that FEIT and the Friesian Heritage Horse offer a number of different suitability standards for inspection; Sport Horse, Park Carriage & Utility. So, horses of different types can do well, if they are a nice horse for their type:

For the Friesian Sporthorse Association (FSA), they only have one standard that they judge. The American Warmblood Society (AWS) standard of a sporthorse is the only type that is considered and awarded, if quality. So, if your horse is not sport in type (many Friesians and Fri X's are not), then you are out of luck.

Also, be aware that in order to get inspected through the Friesian Sporthorse Association, you have to FIRST register with the AWS to the tune of $225! THEN pay the FSA to register on top of that! If you are going to do that, you may as well register AWS and skip the FSA. Friesian Heritage Horse and FEIT do not require a particular registration in order to get inspected. Through FEIT, equineinspections.com/ ,any horse can get be inspected, regardless of registry!

Last, what is the other breed in your Friesian Cross? The FSA discriminates against many breeds, regardless of how talented the horse is. Horses with stock horse blood or more than 25% Morgan, Arabian, etc. are only eligible for a "certificate of pedigree", regardless of their talent or quality, while a Thoroughbred or Warmblood cross automatically goes into their "Main Book" without any test of quality being required first. Does not seem fair to me. I have seen plenty of TB and Warmblood mares that are junk! There are nice ones too, but just because they are out of one of these breeds, should not make them "automatically " better.

Personally, I prefer the approach of the Friesian Heritage Horse, because their philosophy is to look at each horse as an individual, regardless of breed mixture, and judge that horse for quality and suitability of purpose, based on the horse’s own distinct merits and accomplishments.
